Return and refund policy

Delivery Policy

Orders will be shipped to the address on the Order Confirmation. To ship products internationally, please consult the list of countries to which we deliver.

Delivery times are approximate and depend on the destination, type of delivery and carrier.

Lalita 's Art Shop strives to ship all orders for which products are stock within 1 to 3 business days and 4 to 5 business days during peak periods, the holiday season, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships.

Please allow extra time when a product is on order or out of stock

Please note that all products purchased on www.lalitasartshop.com are delivered by a third party carrier.

Lalita 's Art Shop will not be held responsible for any loss, costs, delays or damages caused by the delivery of a package

 

Shipping and Handling Charges

Domestic Delivery (Canada)

For delivery to Quebec and eastern Ontario, the delivery cost options are as follows:

- Orders under $ 100: $ 9.95 in Express delivery with tracking;

- Orders over $ 100: FREE express delivery for Quebec and eastern Ontario;

 

For the rest of Canada, the delivery cost options are as follows:

- Orders under $ 100: $ 15.00 in Express delivery with tracking;

- Orders over $ 100: FREE express delivery;

 

All domestic purchase orders (Canada), will be delivered by Purolator, UPS, FedEX or Canada Post. A tracking number will be provided for each order (except for tattoos only orders).

 

Delivery to the United States or international delivery

For delivery to the United States or Europe, charges will be calculated at the time of ordering.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated by Lalita 's Art Shop based on quotes issued by our various carriers. Rates may change at any time.

Shipping and handling costs may also vary depending on the country of dispatch, weight and the exact scope of delivery of the ordered products.

Delivery costs will appear on your order summary . 

Customs clearance charges are the customer's responsibility. These vary from country to country.

 

RETURN POLICY AND REFUNDS

Lalita 's Art Shop understands that buying products online can cause concern. If you want to return a product , please read our return and refund policy to facilitate the process.

If you are not satisfied with a product you may exchange it or return it for a refund within 15 days of receipt.

All exchanges or refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the product.

All returns will be at the customer's expense except for defective items .

The shipping and transport costs of defective products will be reimbursed only after we receive the products and can confirm the product in question is indeed defective.

All refunds or exchanges must be approved by Lalita 's Art Shop.

 

Returns

Please contact us so we can inform you about the return procedure and a provide you with return authorization number. 


You can contact us by completing the form on our contact page or by email ( info@lalitasartshop.com ) specifying: 
- the order number 
- the reason for the return 
- your daytime phone number 
- whether a refund or exchange (if available) is desired.

To facilitate the return of an article, it must: 
- be accompanied by the invoice 
- be unworn, unaltered, undamaged or not washed 
- be in its original packaging and have its original labels (if it is not defective) 
- the reason for return 
- your preferred carrier (one which provides a tracking number and a signature on delivery).

The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the package.

Lalilta's Art Shop will not be responsible for any loss or delays in the returning of merchandise.
